Hi, I’m Val—and I believe movement is one of the most powerful ways we return to ourselves.
I discovered that truth the moment I stepped into my first yoga class and felt something shift. In 2019, I completed my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica and began guiding others through mindful movement—and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, helping them reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner stillness. In 2023, I found my second love—mat Pilates—and deepened my approach to movement through strength, grace, and intentionality.
Today, I work 1:1 as a Mindset Coach and lead classes that invite connection, presence, and purpose.
To me, movement is more than physical. It’s a devotional practice—a way to honor the body, expand the mind, and soften the heart. I truly believe that when we move with love, we begin to flow with grace—and that’s what I hope to share with you.
